Yes. Cir-Q-Tek supports small prototype orders as well as production quantities and does not limit projects based on order size. PCB pre-production or prototype samples generally take three days to build and two days to ship. Production manufacturing orders are generally ready to ship within 10 days to four weeks, depending on the project requirements.

For PCB and PCBA quotes, Cir-Q-Tek requires a Gerber package or ODB file and a bill of materials (BOM). These documents allow the team to evaluate board construction, components, assembly needs, and manufacturing requirements. Providing complete, current files helps ensure an accurate quote and enables early review of sourcing or production considerations.

Cir-Q-Tek’s SMT lines include inline automated optical inspection (AOI) and X-ray equipment for automated inspection during production. AOI helps identify visible placement and soldering concerns, while X-ray inspection can examine concealed solder joints, including those associated with certain BGA packages. Its equipment is tailored for sample and small-batch production and can process 01005 components, 0.2 mm BGA spacing, QFN, CSP, and other component types.
