Complete files allow the team to review board construction, required finishes, component requirements, and assembly complexity. Supplying revision-controlled drawings, fabrication notes, test requirements, and target quantities can further improve quote accuracy and production planning.

Yes. Cir-Q-Tek supports small prototype orders as well as production manufacturing quantities. PCB pre-production or prototype samples generally take three days to build and two days to ship. Production orders are generally ready to ship in 10 days to four weeks, depending on board complexity, material availability, assembly requirements, testing, and order volume.

Cir-Q-Tek manufactures single-sided, double-sided, multilayer, rigid, and flexible printed circuit boards. Capabilities include multilayer boards up to 40 layers, impedance control, blind and buried vias, laser-drilled holes, fine line and spacing, and multiple metallic finish options. RoHS-compliant bare-board options are also available for programs with applicable material and compliance requirements.

Turnkey PCB assembly can include PCB manufacturing, electronic component purchasing, SMT chip processing, through-hole assembly, testing, complete box-build assembly, and packaging. SMT lines use inline AOI and X-ray inspection and can process fine-pitch components such as 01005 parts, QFN, CSP, and BGA packages with 0.2 mm spacing.
