For PCB and PCBA quotes, provide a Gerber package or ODB data and a bill of materials, commonly called a BOM. Complete fabrication notes, assembly drawings, pick-and-place files, stackup requirements, test expectations, and approved component substitutions can further improve quote accuracy. Clear documentation allows the team to assess manufacturability, sourcing, timing, and the appropriate production approach.
